Work carried out as Research Consultant with Development Impact (DIME) at the World Bank Group, and written up as the final deep-dive diagnostic of the labour markets of Liberia and The Gambia.
The evidence base was assembled from national administrative sources: business registries and tax records, consolidated into documented research databases with reproducible Python pipelines. That work involved automated extraction from digitised registry documents, and record linkage across systems with no common unique identifier, including the reconstruction of worker tax identifiers where most were missing.
